Promoting a Safe Environment

There is nothing more important than the health and well-being of each associate and guest at Terranea. That’s why we continue to take extra steps as safeguards for ourselves, and for our families.

As part of our commitments, we implemented the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay industry-wide initiative, achieved Clean + Safe Certification by the California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA), are Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED® with Forbes Travel Guide, and continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health, and county health departments.

We developed additional standards of care and cleanliness in partnership with cleaning industry expert Ecolab—a company with over 100 years of experience in assisting hospitality, public health, food safety and hygiene services. We also developed enhanced training and protocols with Ecolab as a further step to promote a safe environment.
